The IgnoredResourcesTestCase within the domain testsuite currently creates an empty IO subsystem in order to test ignored profile logic.
This results in an invalid IO subsystem schema, which requires that either a worker or a buffer pool is defined. Any subsystem can be used to verify this logic, so let's use one with fewer requirements.
