split nightly regression runs on Jenkins into two concurrent runs

      Current nightly pipeline takes 4h 30mins (to execute successfully) . If we add 1:40 to that (molecule tests for Kiali Operator), we are hitting 6hours and 10mins.
       
      In order to reduce the pipeline execution time, we decided to split it into two concurrent runs in following way:
       
      pipeline1:
      Cypress (standalone + ossmc) ~ takes 2 to 3 hours
       
      pipeline2: 
      REST API, Kiali Operator tests (molecule), performance tests (Cypress) ~ takes 2 to 3 hours
