An epic to track tasks for migrating OSSM 2.6 to Konflux. The plan is to migrate OSSM 2.6 in two phases:

• First, migrate Kiali 2.6 images in the short term for better integration with the Kiali operator, which is already in Konflux.
• Then, migrate the OSSM 2.6 operator over the next few months. A possible migration date could be September, when OSSM 2.5 reaches EOL.
